3rd floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which facing sea. Permanent double beds (180 cm wide) in 2 bedrooms, adjustable bed (80/160 cm) in one bedroom. 2 bathrooms with showers, 1 toilet.

2nd floor: Living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Open planning. Panoramic sea view and big balcony facing sea. Two sofa beds that very easily transform from sofa to each a 110 cm wide bed (that can be put topgether to make a 220 cm bed).

1st floor: Living room, bath room. Useful as x:a bedroom (2 additional extra beds available). Facing ocean with exit to large terrace. Terrace with sitting groups, sun beds, and separate grill area. Spa/jacuzzi for 5-6 persons (220 x 183 cm).

Rental price 2024:

170 euro per day low season (October to April), 200 euro per day May, 230 euro per day June and September, 270 euro per day July-August. Mandatory cleaning fee 150 €. Minimum 3 days rental period. Price includes electricity, heating, water, bed linen, jacuzzi and tourist tax. Free internet/WiFi. Transport to/from airport available (extra).
